The Dover Centre at Cool Springs is a 225,000-square-foot, Class A Office Park. It consists of six two-story buildings,
situated around a lush courtyard. Constructed in two phases, Dover Centre is the corporate home for IASIS HealthCare,
Gordian HealthCare (a subsidiary of BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee), and Clayton Associates, as well as many other
firms. Cumberland Advisors, LLC developed the Dover Centre in order to offer businesses a sophisticated,
unique office park venue.
Not only does the Dover Centre offer high quality office space, it also provides a unique working atmosphere.
This atmosphere sets the Dover Centre far above area competition.
Unlike other office space, the Dover Centre provides businesses with a campus like environment. The Courtyard,
located in the heart of the six building complex, often acts as a place for associates to unwind and gather.
Because garden areas have been proven to have a soothing effect that can enhance productivity in business,
we have placed special emphasis on creating a one-of-a-kind courtyard entrance. The unique water fountains
and meandering pathways flanked by river birches and charming landscapes lead associates into private business
suites.

deli, broad band and voice data capabilities and much more.
Phases I and II of Dover Centre at Cool Springs were completed in December 1999 and September 2001, respectively.
Dover Centre was designed by Ferguson Smith Associates, who has received numerous design awards
for the Dover Centre, including a Nashville Area Excellence in Development Award and an Overall Design Award
from the American Institute of Architects.
